• They will refine your complexion.
• They will correct any conversion errors.
• They will reproduce your hairstyle if you want to keep your own hairstyle.
• They will customise the shape of your nose if you also upload pictures of your profile.
The more and the better picture material you provide to the 3D artist, the better the result will be. Ideally, you should upload photos of your left and right profile.

It’s very important you follow our photo instructions when you take your photo to ensure that your PEZ MyHEAD dispenser resembles you as closely as possible.

The most important details in brief:

• Style your hair back.
• Look directly into the camera.
• If you are able, please also upload photos of your left and right profile. This will enable our 3D artist to ensure you and your PEZ MyHEAD dispenser are as similar as possible.
• If you also want the artist to reproduce your hairstyle, style it as you would like it on your PEZ MyHEAD dispenser after the first photo. Then upload a second photo.

PEZ uses cutting-edge technology to produce the avatar for your customised PEZ MyHEAD dispenser.
Your avatar is generated in the app using the photo you upload. It depicts the face recognised by the program in 3D as accurately as possible. Converting your two-dimensional image into a 3D depiction that can be printed is a challenge. This process transforms your photo into a figure. It is extremely important that the photo you upload fulfils the criteria in the photo instructions for PEZ MyHEAD, which are set out both in the app and on the website.
The 3D artist will then improve the avatar to further increase the similarity and make up for any photo defects.

The dispenser head is made from a special plastic material used for 3D printing which can replicate the largest possible number of different colours. Most standard PEZ dispensers are made from polystyrene, so the surface of the PEZ MyHEAD dispensers looks different.

Your PEZ MyHEAD dispenser is a design object and collectors’ item. To ensure this high-quality PEZ product lasts for many years, please note that:
Your PEZ MyHEAD dispenser is fragile and not designed as a toy for children under the age of 14. It is not intended for regular use.
Don’t expose the product to direct sunlight, moisture or cold because the material used is not resistant to UV light or moisture. We recommend storing your dispenser at room temperature.

As the PEZ MyHEAD dispenser is made for you personally, a return is unfortunately not possible.
The following applies: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs oUnfortunately, as each PEZ MyHEAD dispenser is made to order, it can’t be returned.
