PEZ Christmas Cookies
Ingredients
- 185g flour
- 2 tsp. backing powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 90g oat flakes
- 50g white sugar
- 50g brown sugar
- 100g chopped walnuts
- 1 egg
- 110g butter (soft)
Preparation
Mix all ingredients per hand or with a wooden spoon. Shape approx. 25 cookies (with a spoon or make balls and flatten them) and then bake those for 10 – 12 minutes (365° F).
